They have a huge backlog of projects and are constantly seeing a rise in repeated and new business. Their growth has been led by the financial backing from their corporate office - leading to increased plans for new offices and labs across Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage geotechnical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive site investigations and analyses to assess soil properties and geological conditions.
- Develop innovative solutions to address geotechnical challenges and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
- Lead a talented team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience managing geotechnical projects, ideally within the Houston area.
- Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
