Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of industry experience
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Certifications in Lenel, Genetec, AMAG & Bosch is a plus
Responsibilities:
As the ideal candidate for this role, we expect you will demonstrate proficiency with these tasks:
- Manage multiple large-scale integrated systems installation simultaneously.
- Ensure timely completion of each project under budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of engineers & technicians during design development through implementation phases.
- Develop detailed schedules outlining key milestones; monitor progress against baseline schedule throughout execution phase;
identify risks early on so corrective action may be taken promptly if needed.
Skills Required:

1. Excellent leadership qualities which include problem-solving abilities coupled up with decision-making capabilities
2. Solid understanding/experience working around security system technologies particularly CCTV/IP Cameras/Access Control Systems/Burglar alarms etc., including knowledge about different brands available plus familiarity regarding industry best practices when deploying them based upon requirements from various markets/customers/users across USA region where Philadelphia specifically located within Pennsylvania State falls into its geolocation range)
3.Strong interpersonal skillset - ability communicate technical terms/designs/solutions clearly both verbally/written form between internal stakeholders such as sales/team members/engineering groups/vendors/partners along external customers keeping professionalism intact even under stressful situations whilst delivering quality work output consistently without compromising timelines/budgetary guidelines set forth by organization/client itself)
Salary Offered:
