Position Overview: As a Construction Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within established constraints.
- Implement effective risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges to mitigate potential delays or issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project integrity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale healthcare construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
