As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Executive to oversee there projects from inception to completion.
Job Description:
As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of data center construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, you will drive project milestones and deliverable to meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and development, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
