Project Executive - Data Center Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center / Mission Critical Construction Project Executive to lead and oversee our clients organization's critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center construction, project management, and mission-critical facility requirements. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex data center projects, meeting stringent performance, reliability, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for data center construction projects, aligning with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data center construction principles, including power and cooling systems, electrical distribution, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Client Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or changes in project requirements.
- Foster positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing project team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the project team.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of construction and facility performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to legal and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data center construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mission-critical facility requirements, including power, cooling, and redundancy.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards and ASHRAE guidelines.
- PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
