The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic company that specializes in utility-scale renewable energy projects, with particular emphasis on solar development. As our client continues to grow its portfolio across the United States, they require someone who can oversee estimates for all construction-related work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within the renewable energy sector
- Demonstrated EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management/estimating certification(s)
Skills:
Construction Development - Ability to manage timelines effectively while overseeing multiple large-scale projects.
Bid Management/Bid Manager - Familiarity with bid software programs used during estimating processes.
Electrical estimator - Proven ability at reading schematics/blueprints; knowledge of electrical codes/regulations governing renewables essential
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations related specifically towards estimate generation;
* Leading internal departments through change orders/variations if needed;
* Managing teams required throughout each bidding process from conceptual design phase up until final sign off by stakeholders;
