A global certification company is urgently looking for a project engineer to join their team. They are looking for an electrical or mechanical engineer with experience in the Robotics, Heavy Machinery, Automotive or Semi Conductor industry who demonstrates an ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively with external parties. To certify projects, the project engineer must be willing to travel for on-site assignments as required.
You will be based in either the Osaka or Yokohama Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients about product safety standards and regulations
- Conducting training about safety evaluation requirements
- Project Management, including negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Technical Education Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in development, design, testing or operation and maintenance of machinery in related industries
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills and enjoys working independently and in a team
- Bilingual - Native Japanese Language and Business Level English (Read documents in and communicate effectively)
