My client is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Program Manager to join their amazing culture. In this role, you will maintain unique customer programs and initiatives for one or more of their national accounts. The Program Manager serves as a customer advocate and acts as a single point of contact for effectively assisting in the execution of customers' installation and service activities. You will provide operational oversight, supporting partners to ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth.
What you will need:
- Excellent organizational skills related to Program/Project Management.
- Broad based industry and market knowledge of network and low voltage building systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
- Project and service financial competencies.
- Experience with contract negotiation and administration.
- Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually and part of a team.
- Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team building.
- Understanding of appropriate levels of protection regarding to customer personnel, information, and property, both real and intellectual.
- An experienced leader that acts as a role model while guiding, developing and mentoring others within the organization.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Capabilities in implementing program deliverables, leveraging understanding of cultural differences in business practices for other regions or countries.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 5 years operations, field service or project management
Preferred Experience (but not required):
- Engineering degree or related field
- Industry experience in 1 or more of the following: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety.
- Previous leadership
- Certifications & Licenses: PMP, CSPM, etc.
