Professional Land Surveyor in Roseville, California
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and professional land surveyor to join their team in Roseville, California. The ideal candidate will have strong qualifications and skills within the field of land surveying.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the survey-mapping field
- RPLS certification
- Experience with land development-related surveys
- Knowledge of transportation infrastructure projects
- Recent construction staking experience, Boundary Topographic survey experience
Skills:
- Proficiency using AutoCAD proficiency and Civil3D
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills necessary for interaction with clients
Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for many aspects related to project management such as leading field crews while performing boundary retracement surveys along with mapping duties like preparing legal descriptions or exhibits all while ensuring compliance according laws policies regulations set forth by your employer's guidelines which may include but are not limited too; local state federal requirements regarding any number things ranging from environmental concerns zoning ordinances building codes.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
(Depending on experience level)
