Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of remediation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of remediation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the environmental remediation field and integrate them into our service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and regulatory experts, to develop integrated solutions for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on remediation projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in remediation technologies, hydrogeology, and contaminant fate and transport.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex remediation projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and lead business development efforts.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and navigating the regulatory approval process.
