A successful candidate is enthusiastic about cultural resource management and historic preservation with a highly developed commitment to client service and technical excellence. This position will range in projects and require some travel based on client needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in anthropology, archaeology, historic preservation, or architectural history
- 10 or more years' experience in the archaeology or architectural history of California and the surrounding regions
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, environmental review processes, and compliance requirements (CEQA)
- Previous project experience working on federal and state lands
