Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive site investigations, assess risks, and develop remediation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of remediation plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Interact with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
- Mentor and develop staff while collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts LSP license is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in site investigations and remediation projects.
- Proficiency in environmental regulations and best practices, especially within Massachusetts.
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental software and tools used in site investigation and remediation.
