Take the lead of a dynamic team representing a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary civil design consultancy with support resources from several other Western-US offices. The position will be responsible for the operations and coordination of technical, business development, and financial activities. Direct reports will include Principals, Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and surveyors. They are specifically looking for someone with Las Vegas client connections who has experience in team leadership to guide their operations in Las Vegas with support from the firm's other Western-US offices and local engineering staff.

Responsibilities:
- Management of Las Vegas engineering operations (private developments and oublic infrastructure)
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
- Scope development and contract negotiation
- Overseeing, participating in, and streamlining operations of technical staff
- Management of project data, QA/QC, and deliverables for accuracy
- Oversight of proposals, budgets, workload, and invoices
- Participating in Client/Agency meetings for sales and conflict resolution purposes
Qualifications:
- Licensed PE in Nevada
- At least 10 yrs. of project management experience (private civil/site development)
- Experience with project form submittals
- Technical expertise commensurate with a supervisor of project managers, engineers, and designers
