They are dominating multiple markets including commercial, industrial, environmental, Oil & Gas and Transportation. They are seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to take a lead on their business critical projects, where they already have work planned until 2026!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex geotechnical projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Provide strategic direction and technical expertise, overseeing all aspects of project development, including site investigations, feasibility studies, and design optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in geotechnical engineering, driving innovation and thought leadership within the organization.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
