A reputable firm with offices Nationwide and Internationally is looking for a Principal Engineer to join their team. They are a MEP leader who has been in the industry for 40+ years and taking on state of the art projects not only in NYC, but around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the MEP design team in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing projects.
- Provide technical expertise in MEP systems design and coordination.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes for MEP designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
