Salary: $120,000 - $155,000

The Power Systems Electrical Engineer will be responsible for…
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs for company-wide initiatives
- Generate design calculations, drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare detailed contract documents, studies, and cost estimates
- Engage in construction management tasks - reviewing submittals and overseeing electrical work during construction
- Assist with electrical designs for multidisciplinary projects and assessing project scopes
- Travel to project sites and/or meet with clients, sub-consultants, and utilities to assess site conditions and project requirements
- Assist in company-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols
The Power Systems Electrical Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in:
- Medium/low voltage power distribution systems
- Grounding systems
- Lighting systems
- Communications systems
- Electrical equipment design and specifications (switchboards and switchgear)
- Power System studies preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, AGI132 or EasyPower preferred
- Understanding of NFPA70
- Possession or eligibility of a Transportation Workers Identification Credential
