My client, a multidisciplinary engineering firm with multiple offices across the US is looking to bring on a PE Licensed Building Envelope/Enclosure Engineer to join their rapidly growing NYC office.
They have not laid off a single employee since the beginning of the pandemic and are looking to expand, ready for their office opening in a few weeks time.
PE Licensed Building Envelope Consultant
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years work experience plus 2 years of previous building envelope and experience.
- Relevant experience includes: Building envelope/enclosure consulting, roofing, waterproofing, leak investigation, moisture intrusion, FISP (Local Law 11 Reports), rehabilitation, restoration, retrofit and repair design, and experience around a range of materials including but not limited to: Wood, masonry, steel, concrete and terracotta.
- Professional license in Engineering
