- 電気・電子工学の学位またはそれと同等の資格を有し、パワーエレクトロニクス製品の設計またはテストにおいて 最低 2 年の経験を有する方（例：エネルギー貯蔵システム、バッテリー管理システム、バッテリーおよび EV 充電 器、モータードライバー、インバーター、パワーコンバーター等）
- 英語力- 英語で明確な報告書を作成でき、英語でも日本語同等に明確なコミュニケーションができる方
- 製品規格の適用、国際規格（IEC、EN、UL など）または国内規格（JIS）の経験
- 機能安全または系統連系の経験
- A degree in electric/electronics or equivalent with minimum 2-year experience in developing, designing or testing power electronic products. (E.g. energy storage systems, and Battery Management Systems, Battery and EV chargers, motor drivers, inverters, power converter and similar)
- Japanese (At least N2), English (able to write reports)
- Experience in application of product safety standards, international (IEC, EN, UL etc.) or local (JIS)
- Experience in functional safety or grid connection
