Currently hiring for an Operations Specialist II in Tampa, FL. The Midulla Generating Station (MGS) will be located in Bowling Green, FL, just about an hour from Tampa.
This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Midulla Generating Station in accordance with approved plant operating procedure.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior Combined Cycle experience is required
- Prior Control Room Operations experience in a Combined Cycle Plant is required
- Prior Instrument and Controls experience is highly desirable
- Operations (inside and outside of control room)
- All Site Specific Safety Standards
- Basic Mechanical Maintenance
- Detailed knowledge of plant systems and processes
- Navigating and troubleshooting plant issues using a Distributive Control System
