One of the Top100 ENR firms in Michigan, are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Regional Manager for civil engineering projects based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 year's industry experience
- Professional Engineering License in Michigan

Responsibilities:
-BD activities, contract execution, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
-Establish and reviews project deadlines, track progress on all aspects of a project as well as provide weekly and/or monthly status reports.
-Manage and oversee budgets and invoicing.
-Supervise and support the team, undertake career development and performance reviews.
-Develop and maintain client and contractor relationships.
-Engage with other disciplines across the firm to include survey, construction, architecture, planning, landscape architecture to effectively lead the team and serve clients and communities.
-Project management on a variety of municipal projects or private development projects.
-Work directly with the Vice President.
