Position: Mid to Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
Location: New York City, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to develop innovative solutions for a wide range of building projects.
- Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize the performance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Oversee the production of construction documents, specifications, and other project-related documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in MEP design and project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
