CLIENT
Currently partnered with a large national General Contractor specializing in large scale industrial and commercial construction projects. They're currently seeking multiple MEP Managers & MEP Superintendents for large industrial projects ($200M+ value) across the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all MEP work for the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in MEP project management for large-scale industrial projects
- Experience working on projects over $100M in value
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Experience with CxAlloy
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
