MEP Manager - Virginia Based - Manassas
Salary: $175,000- $200,000
My client, a top 3 ranked ENR general contractor is actively seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to come and join their excelling teams based in Virginia.
With multiple Billion Dollar projects underway already and 3 more due to start over the course of the next year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now! Experience handling and running projects valued over $100M will be essential for this role, given the size and scope of some of the upcoming projects that are breaking this year.
Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Data Centre Construction experience
- Experience working on MEP Aspects of new Data Centre Construction
- Knowledge of working on Large, Multimillion Dollar Projects is Essential
- Local to Virginia
- Experience to preferably come from a General Contractor background
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 5 years of data centre construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
