Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, plans and specifications for building projects
- Design and produce engineering documents and specifications based on calculations
- Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate engineering work
- Interpret and revise engineering documents
- Conceive, plan and conduct research
- Select and size equipment for building systems
- Participate in contract bidding and administration
- Assist in coordination of projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants and firm staff
- Efficient communication with clients, colleagues, etc
- Assist in resolving a variety of complex problems
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in mechanical engineering
- Experience designing mechanical systems
- PE License Required
- Proficient in Revit
- Knowledge of engineering and architectural principles, practices and techniques
- Knowledge of codes and regulations
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
