Lead Superintendent- Dallas- Multifamily
I am currently looking for a Lead Superintendent with Multifamily developer/construction experience to work for one of the leading, Texas based Real Estate developers. They have multiple $30+ million projects in the backlog.
They are seeking a Lead Superintendent for Podium and Wrap Projects in Frisco, Texas and Prosper, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ Years experience in Multifamily Construction
- Experience overseeing projects over $30+ million
- Confident working on Wrap, Garden Style, & Podium projects
- Experience with Precast Garages
- More than one project as a Lead Superintendent
