Lead Engineer - Odour Control
Introduction:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to join our client's team in the water and wastewater sector. Our client is an industry leader in odour control systems that provide innovative solutions for their customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading design engineering work related to odour control systems. You will also play a crucial role as your main responsibility would be training junior engineers while mentoring them through projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mechanical or Process Engineering degree, RPEQ/CPEng highly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years experience working with Water/Wastewater treatment plants operations
- Experience designing complex process equipment/systems
- Strong interpersonal skills needed when dealing with clients whilst being able to supervise juniors effectively
