Our client is seeking an experienced and driven individual to join their team as a Land Survey Leader. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have extensive experience in land surveying.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' of experience in Land Surveying
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- PLS

The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage teams by inspiring confidence, setting clear goals and objectives, providing feedback, coaching employees towards success while also holding them accountable when necessary.
Surveyor Expertise:
Experience conducting surveys related to water resources management including topographic mapping using GPS technology would make you stand out from other candidates applying for this job position.
Responsibilities Include:
* Overseeing all aspects of land survey operations.
* Ensuring that each project adheres strictly with contract specifications
* Managing budgets & timelines associated with assigned tasks/projects.
* Collaborating closely alongside clients along every step within the development cycle;
outlining specific needs such as resolving issues relating disputes among stakeholders
