An European Industrial Plant Engineering MNC that specializes in separation technology is looking for a Sales Manager for Petrochemical/Polymer market in South Korea.
Reporting: Head of APAC Sales
Base location: South Korea (open to remote work)
Products: Process Plant Equipment (heat exchangers, static mixers, devolatilization system etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake sales and marketing for petrochemical, polymer process and crystallizer technology market across APAC region
- Preparation of costing, pricing, and tender document for all proposal activities
- Handle all technical clarification and work closely with technology, production, engineering team
- Follow up closely on projects and ensure all customers' requirements are conveyed/executed smoothly
- Participate in trade fairs, presentations, conferences and exhibitions, and be the face of the brand
Requirements:
- Must have academic background in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical or any relevant disciplines related to process plants and chemical engineering
- 5-10+ years of equipment sales experience to petrochemical / polymer process plants or companies
- Strong foundation in process engineering and chemical separation
- Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
- Ability to travel domestically and regionally
