This firm is highly invested in their local community and partners often with nonprofit organizations and volunteer groups. In addition, they prioritize building long-term relationships with their clients. As a result, they have loads of work coming in and are gearing up for a very busy fall and winter.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability
- Pepare design development and construction document packages with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Participate in construction administration
- Mentor junior desingers
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture
- Licensure or on the path to licensure
- Fluent in Revit
- Strong communication skills
