A well-known Solar EPC company in Japan is looking for a Solar Construction Manager to join their team!
As a Solar Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the renewable energy plants of Solar, with the target to supervise the construction onsite across Japan.

仕事内容・Responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of Solar Farm construction along with ensuring compliance with project scheduling
太陽光発電所建設の調整と監督、およびプロジェクトのスケジュール遵守の確認
- Reporting to Project Manager about the current progress of the construction
プロジェクトマネージャーに工事の進捗状況を報告する
- Hold weekly team meetings, maintaining a list of project action items
チームミーティングを行い、プロジェクトのアクションアイテムのリストを管理する
- Ensure compliance with proper HSE standards on the site and report to management about the installation progress
現場での適切なHSE基準の遵守を確認し、インストールの進捗状況について経営陣に報告する
条件・Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous working experience in Solar Construction Management
3年以上の太陽光施工管理の実務経験
- Japanese national license holder:
- 1st-Class/2nd class Electric Works Execution Manager license holder (1 級・2級電気工事施工管理技士) OR
- 1st Class/2nd class Civil Works Execution Manager (１級・2級土木施工管理技士) OR
- 2nd class Electrical Technician (第2種電気工事士)
- Fluency of Japanese and business-level English
