Title: Hydrogen Business Development Individual
Summary: My Client is the largest independent power producer and energy efficiency provider globally. Operating in over 70 countries my client is a the leading the transition to net zero. My client is looking for a talented Business Development individual to focus on Hydrogen Origination & partnerships. This individual will be responsible for origination Green Hydrogen and sustainable fuel offtake opportunities and closing them. I am looking for a talented and dynamic individual who can create complex business plans to meet client's needs and establish industrial partnerships to achieve their goals.
If you have experience with mid-steam transport, chemical process technical sale, industrial gas plant, ammonia, or methanol. Experience working on large long-term contracts or a background in Natural gas related projects then this could be the role for you!
The Hydrogen Business Development Individual will be responsible for….
- Identify and create relationships with partners to create large scale green hydrogen opportunities.
- Enter long term projects and ensuring all resources are in place to deliver results.
- Lead prospecting efforts, working cross functionally with development and technical teams to return the highest value to clients.
- Is the point of contact until clear hand off to project development.
- Stay up to date on regulatory and enviromental regulation and policies in different markets.
The Hydrogen Business Development Individual should have experience with….
- 6+ years of experience in business development, energy, petrochemical industry.
- Success at origination, negotiating, and closing deals.
- A strong understanding of the petrochemical and/or refining markets.
- BS degree required, MBA or relevant masters preferred.
- Strong finical analysis skills.
