Heavy Civil Superintendent Needed for Large Construction Projects in Wisconsin
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in the heavy civil construction sector, specifically with highway, dirtwork, paving, utilities, and bridge projects. This is a permanent position based out of Wisconsin with some travel required to project sites.

Responsibilities Include:
* Overseeing all aspects of large-scale heavy civil construction projects.
* Ensuring that timelines are met on time within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
* Communicating effectively between multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers etc..
* Managing staffs by assigning tasks , monitoring their progress reports ensuring compliance with safety regulations .
Salary Range : $110k-$160K DOE
