Position: Heavy Civil Project Manager
Location: Shoreline, WA
Salary: $125,000- $175,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of deep underground wet utilities projects, including water, sewer, and storm systems, in the Shoreline area. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout, while ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for deep underground wet utilities projects.
- Oversee project procurement, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost forecasting, and change order management, to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of deep underground utility construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
