Position Overview: As the Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale infrastructure projects in the Orlando area. Leveraging your expertise in project management and construction, you will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects, from inception to completion.
- Experience working on FDOT projects in particular is highly desirable.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
