Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to plan, execute, and oversee various phases of heavy civil construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Assist in interpreting and implementing project designs, specifications, and blueprints.
- Manage and document construction activities, including daily reports, quantity tracking, and material inspections.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Identify and address construction challenges proactively to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience as a field engineer in heavy civil construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
