Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Resource Management:

* Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
3. Quality Control and Assurance:
* Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that construction meets regulatory requirements and client expectations.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to identify and address any deficiencies promptly.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes.
* Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
* Facilitate effective communication among project team members to ensure alignment and collaboration.
5. Project Execution and Oversight:
* Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including coordinating work schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
* Generate comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven experience as a Healthcare Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and practices, with expertise in Healthcare construction projects.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project).
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
