Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, B2C clients, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and product development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the dealership or B2C sector.
- Experience in a similar or parallel industry, such as diesel generator sales, is highly desirable.
