Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional General Superintendent with extensive experience managing multiple teams on complex water/wastewater treatment plant projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly while maintaining quality standards throughout each project phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Manage subcontractors including scheduling work assignments
- Ensure that materials arriving at job sites meet specifications
- Monitor progress against project schedules
Qualifications Required
To qualify for consideration applicants must have :
1) A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2) At least ten (10) years' relevant working experience as a superintendent preferably related to the Water Treatment field .
3 ) Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
4 ) Ability to read blueprints/drawings proficiently
5 ) Proven track record overseeing multi-million dollar budgets
