Job Description:
As our new general superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site project management from pre-construction through completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints and meet high-quality standards. Your primary role will be to manage the entire construction team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In addition, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in managing large-scale water treatment plant constructions across the Tennessee region. You should also have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention-to-detail.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, which are necessary for leading teams working under them during challenging situations such as changes orders, etc. You should also have excellent communication abilities, which are essential when dealing with clients, contractors, subordinates, and vendors alike - both verbal and written. You must be able to read blueprints effectively, ensuring timely delivery without compromising the quality assurance protocols set forth by this industry sector. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
