Our client, an industry leader with decades of experience specializing in commercial buildings across Georgia USA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to lead their stadium concrete construction project in Nashville, Tennessee. As the General Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stadium concrete construction, ensuring that safety protocols are strictly adhered to on site, managing subcontractors effectively for optimal performance, and developing detailed plans and schedules for timely completion within budget.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project team in all aspects of stadium concrete construction. You will oversee the project from conception through successful delivery, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to and that the project is completed on time and within budget. You will manage subcontractors effectively to ensure optimal performance and develop detailed plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 10 years' experience as a superintendent or equivalent role managing complex projects from conception through successful delivery. In addition, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability both oral & written, and the ability to prioritize tasks accurately under pressure. Experience working with LVI systems would be advantageous.
Salary:
The selected candidate will receive compensation up-to $180000 per annum based on their level of expertise. In addition, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
