We're seeking an experienced General Superintendent to join a dynamic team in the water/wastewater treatment sector. This role is responsible for overseeing two sites in Virginia.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a general superintendent with heavy civil construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
This role requires exceptional organizational abilities combined with excellent interpersonal communications skills to coordinate effectively among different departments within the organization. Other responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of project management including scheduling, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance at each stage by monitoring progress against plans while maintaining detailed documentation on changes made throughout implementation stages.
