Description: Provide professional structural engineering analysis and consultation, conduct on-site investigations including structural evaluations, plan reviews, existing document reviews, visual observation, and engaging in interviewing points of contact.
Prepare accurate and concise reports or notes to file outlining the origin and cause of the damages. Use understanding and knowledge of engineering principles and methods, codes, industry standards, and previous experience to analyze data and determine the cause, origin and extent of damage and failure for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Qualifications: P.E. License required.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision to complete investigations and reports in a timely manner. Possess exceptional technical writing skills.
Must be able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely. Previous experience is a must and salary is commensurate with experience. My client handles construction claim consulting, property and casualty insurance investigation, and many other services related to forensic engineering.
Furthermore, my client provides investigative engineering services, subrogation and litigation support, failure analysis and many other engineering services.
