Role:
- Assess building enclosures and facades, generate reports.
- Conduct Property Condition Assessments for various structures.
- Monitor roof conditions and oversee installations.
- Ensure project alignment with design specs.
- Test for water and air intrusion in fenestration systems.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years' experience.
- EIT, Licensed Architect, or PE.
- Degree in relevant field.
- Architecture, roofing, waterproofing expertise.
- Building enclosure assessment familiarity.
