Right now, I am working on behalf of LVI with one of the largest, privately owned, developed and operated solar assets in the United States to ensure that they secure an Engineering Project Manager to play a pivotal role for the company. With locations in San Francisco, Richmond, VA, and Salt Lake City, UT, this position allows for the exciting opportunity to help grow the to the multi-GW solar and wind portfolio and 10+ GW pipeline and manage multiple projects in a number of renewable specialty areas (wind, solar and energy storage) within a team-oriented environment. The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Manage and lead projects and engineering process through the life-cycle of the project (concept to design) and provide subject matter expertise
* Manage EPC budget and schedule
* Coordinate with finance team to deliver financeable assets for tax equity and debt financing
* Enforce, execute and coordinate the negotiation of:
o Development consultant contracts
o Engineering Procurement and Construction agreements
o Interconnection Agreements
The Engineering Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
* 10+ years of Utility-Scale Solar, Wind or Energy Storage EPC project management
* BS degree (EE/MS preferred) in engineering
* Microsoft Office and CAD systems experience
* Exceptional management skills (organizational, communication, decision-making, and analytical skills)
