Electrical Superintendent NYC Based Role:
Salary: $165,000 - $190,000
We are currently seeking to add an electrical superintendent to one of the longest standing electrical firms in the US that currently have work across multiple markets such as commercial, residential, aviation and data centers .
With multiple large-scale projects underway already and loads more due to start over the course of the next year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now! The first project is located in NYC which has already broken ground, followed by multiple data center, aviation and commercial projects this year.
Travelling to further locations may be required, so ability to travel is preferred.
Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Data Centre Construction experience
- 5+ years of Commercial, Residential or other Large Scale projects
- Experience working on Electrical Aspects of new Data Center Construction
- Knowledge of working on large $50m+ projects
- Experience can come from either General Contractor or Sub Contractor Side
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 5 years of data centre construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
