Design electrical power distribution systems for Water and Waste-water Treatment Plants by using knowledge of electrical fundamentals, advanced power engineering and power systems.
Develop design plans, including one-line diagrams showing power flow to the equipment in the field, interface diagrams showing the control signals, and control schematics showing the control logic, as a part of the Construction documents.
Develop design specifications & Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPCC) to give an estimate of the cost involved for the work to be done. Review construction administration documents, submittals, and Request for Information (RFI) received from the Contractor to confirm conformance with design plans and specifications. Conduct site walk-through to review the Contractor work.
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or experience working in the Waste Water Industry
- Experience developing design plans, showing power flow to the equipment in the field
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) to develop design plans.
- Experience using SCADA platforms, within systems integration.
