Title: Electrical Engineer (Operations)

One of the world's largest and leading renewable power operating companies is seeking a highly motivated electrical engineer to join their team. My client is a global leader, operating in over 30 countries and is a global leader in decarbonization. The Operations Electrical Engineer will report to the Senior Manager of Operations in support of hydro power facilities.
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible forโฆ
- Manage design, cost construction and commissioning for electrical power generation projects and distribution (up to 115KV)
- Work with power generation equipment (transformers, generators, AC/DC controls)
- Determine system faults/ disturbances for within interconnection utilities
- Prepare and review bid packages
- Ensure NERC and NPCC regulatory compliance, follow safe work practices and follow OSHA standards
The Electrical Engineer should have experience withโฆ
- B.S. Electrical Engineering
- PE License Preferred
- 7+ years electrical engineering experience
- Construction, project management experience
- NEC and NFPA 70E standards familiarity
