Seeking a Skilled Drainage Engineer for our Transportation Engineering Client in Jacksonville, Florida

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable drainage engineer to join their team of transportation engineering professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing effective solutions that ensure the proper management and flow of water across various project sites throughout Jacksonville.
Qualifications:
- PE license required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources preferred
- Strong knowledge of local code requirements related to stormwater management systems
- Experience conducting site investigations and producing detailed reports
Responsibilities:
As our new drainage engineer, you'll work closely alongside other members of our dedicated team while taking responsibility for several key duties including but not limited to;
- Conducting hydrologic/hydraulic calculations using relevant software
- Designing best-fit drainages system based upon specific projects' needs while considering environmental impact assessments (EIA)
- Coordinating construction works by collaborating with contractors & clients alike during installation stages.
- Providing technical guidance/advice regarding all matters relating specifically towards sustainable development practices within the realm off your expertise.
