Our client, an innovative civil engineering firm based in Dallas Fort Worth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Wastewater. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our wastewater team with business development, project management, mentorship and client management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12 years experience within the water sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Skills:
Business Development:
The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in developing new businesses through identifying potential clients/projects that aligns with company objectives while maintaining existing relationships by offering valuable services.
Project Management:
As part of their responsibilities as director of wastewater they must manage each stage from initiation up until closing out projects on time without compromising quality standards; ensuring all deliverables are met accordingly.
Mentorship & Client Management :
Not only does this role require someone who can lead but also one who has excellent interpersonal skills capable enough to handle multiple stakeholders at once including mentoring junior staff members whilst managing expectations form key partners/clients
Waste Water Treatment Expertise :
In-depth knowledge about waste-water treatment processes like anaerobic digestion , bioreactor landfilling etc.
