Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing and assisting with projects through planning, design, and construction phases
* Project types could include water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure projects
* Additional duties could include technical investigation and analysis of various detailed studies, coordinating with sub-contractors, and preparing reports relating water and wastewater treatment facilities and processes
* Occasional field construction inspection duties may be required
Required Qualifications
* BS in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related discipline
* PE license required. Illinois PE Licensed desired
* Must have at least 15 years of experience in water and/or wastewater treatment project design
* Must have excellent communication, leadership and planning skills, and ability to thrive in a team environment
* Microsoft Office Suite experience
* Attitude and commitment to be an active participant of employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
* MS in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related discipline
* Water and Wastewater experience
* Wastewater process modeling experience, such as BioWin
* AutoCAD or Revit
* Active in professional societies
